Renew Skin and Beauty will not monitor or collect personal information from an individual without their consent. The only personal information that is collected is provided voluntarily by a client or future client of Renew Skin and Beauty.

This information enables Renew Skin and Beauty to provide services and products to our clients.

We may also use this information for marketing to you as a client, permitted under the Privacy Act 1998. In some cases, failure to provide personal information may result in us being unable to provide you with Products and Services. Personal Information is collected directly by you as a client or potential future client when you complete and submit a client consultation card and consent form in our clinic.

Sensitive information means the information disclosed by a client to us about their well-being. This information will only ever be used to provide services to clients. This information will never be disclosed without consent, unless required by law or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety.

Individuals’ Right of Access to Personal Information  

You have the right to review any of your personal and sensitive information that has been recorded on Renew Skin and Beauty’s database. If you wish to do so, please contact us in writing for a formal request. You may request to have your personal and/or sensitive information amended or deleted from our database. All reasonable steps will be followed, expect where is it required by law for legal reasons. This includes but is not limited to maintenance of medical and health records.
